SOLD… Love you just the way you are

Sorry I’ve been a bit #mia lately. Have been having so many phone, internet and technology issues that I haven’t been able to take photos or even access my accounts properly. Silly really, but it made me realise how much we come to rely on technology for every little aspect of life.

So perhaps a little moment of time out has been beneficial…

For while not caught up in the hype of social media competitiveness, or the dreaded #impostersyndrome and feeling inferior, I’ve come to appreciate the following notions…

A) you are worthy of love just the way you are; and

B) being present and in the moment brings peace and a huge amount of mindful self acceptance

C) at least I have my health and energy to burn

So for anyone who may need a little pick me up, or to realise their own self worth… when frustration could reign supreme, trust the universal power that it really will be okay, and you are perfectly you! xo
